The Art of Living is Giving
The world around us is changing quickly and unpredictably and we as humanity are facing some serious challenges.
I believe that the root cause of many of today's problems such as depression, addictions, anxiety and political radicalization is a disconnection from creativity and community.
Each step on your personal transformation journey inspires others to follow, and creates fertile ground for flourishing communities and impactful co-creations.
I believe that we have a shared responsibility for the well-being of one another and that we express our gratitude for life through acts of kindness and support.
CHARITY
I commit to donating part of my revenues to charitable causes. For the moment, I have decided to use the money to contribute to the work of the Sea Watch and Doctors Beyond Borders.
SCHOLARSHIPS
In all transformational retreats and group programs, I will at least one spot for a person with limited funds, so that they can participate with a significantly lower investment or completely free of charge.
The Journey Of My Life
Ep 1: Roots & Rising
MY ROOTS
I was born into an Iranian family of freethinkers, activists and rebels. With a war and political turmoil raging around me, I turned inside and cultivated a world of adventure, creativity and imagination. What I loved most was listening to stories, singing and collecting insects in a glass jar.
EXPLORING IDENTITY
As my family emigrated to Germany, I grew up with two distinct languages, cultures and parental personality types, I struggled to find a clear sense of identity and belonging. Later I realized how this inspired me to become the undogmatic and adaptive global citizen that I am today.
WORK HARD PLAY HARD
During my high school years, I made the great discovery that I’m able to transform money into pleasure and recognition. I was barely 18 when I became Pizza Hut’s youngest store manager, and a few years later I turned into a high performer in studying, consulting and partying.
WORLD TOUR
At the age of 27, I decided to travel through 11 countries in 12 months. Probably one of the best investments of my life, this journey gifted me with an international network of friends and became my portal into deeper self-knowledge and emotional maturity.

Ep 2: Being & Becoming
THE YOGI AND MONK
I had my first deeper spiritual experience in a Buddhist monastery after dealing with a “hedonistic crisis” - a painful shattering of my ego system. This transformational event inspired me to later become a Yoga teacher and dedicated explorer of the mind-body-spirit mystery.
BUSINESS CLASS
Back from my world travel, I started pursuing an international career as a transformation consultant and executive coach. I learned a lot, earned a lot and had all the success I had ever dreamt of. However, I was also dealing with a lot of pressure and feelings of not yet living my truth amid this hustle and bustle.
THE ISLAND OF GODS
In 2017, I took a leap of faith and embarked on a journey into the unknown that not only led me to living in Bali, but also to the realization of my biggest dream: To become a singer and musician and guiding others towards exploring their voice and creative expression. I also studied holistic Yoga, and experimented with various forms of creative expression such as dance, improv theater and intuitive drawing.
BERLIN & BRIDGES
Today, I live in the exciting city of Berlin and my human journey has entered a phase, which is all about connecting and integrating different worlds and disciplines. Grounded in my dedication to service and impact, my practice as a coach, facilitator and creative is infused with all my life’s experience and personhood.
